If I am not mistaken, the Guest Book has to be initiated along with the original obituary. My friend went through the funeral home to activate her Mom's Guest Book.
I hope someone here knows more about it than I do and can help you better.
I just spoke with Colbert Memorial Chapel and they don’t have anything to do with the online guest books. The lady that answered said the funeral home has to set up the account and they don’t do it.
[color:BLUE]Like the above poster just said, just find the obit in the Times Daily online, it will have the book already there, and you just sign it. Hope you find it and are able to leave a message. I know it helps a lot to give your condolences to the family. Good Luck
After you find the name online from the obituaries, click on it, and up in the right hand corner, it will say something about signing the guest book, just click on it and leave your message. I hope this helps.
