I’ve eaten at several of the Oh Bryan’s including the one in Ford City, Red Bay, Mount Hope, Hamilton, Double Springs and Hartselle. Of all the ones that I have eaten at, the best food came from their original location in Mt. Hope. I cat’s say much for the service and seating.

My worse experiences have been at Ford City, Red Bay and Hamilton locations. All were of poor service and poor food quality.
Well, you know i guess every steakhouse has an off week. Its been a while since ive had a steak at the ford city location. My service was pretty good when i was in there last time. You might want to note that i was at a new steakhouse on second street and it was not the best experience. I never had a bad experience at big mikes. I have also had a few good steaks at logans also. Seems like about the only thing to do in the quad cities is eat.
I have only dined at the Oh Bryan's in Red Bay & Hamilton and I think Hamilton is cleaner, has better service, and the quality of the food is better. My boyfriend & I went to Red Bay's location this week and had to wait 45 minutes for our food and the restaurant was not even crowded. The service is usually not that great and the food is average at best. I would much rather drive to Florence for a quality meal.
The first is always the best. It is well worth the drive to Mt.Hope for great food. Nothing fancy just plain good. Where around here can two people have wonderful salad, steak or grilled fish and only cost 30 bucks or less? At Mt. Hope if you go at the 'peek' hours expect a wait. So go early and avoid the rush.
The locals know, and after my 1st steak there, I could not believe the quality and quainty for such a low price.
And I've said before, the blacken fish is better than any place in the quad cities. Remember no fancy samcy type place. John Deere green rules there. Enjoy
Went to Oh! Bryan's the other day for lunch.. I ordered their Catfish for the first time...and I must say I was very surprised at the breading taste. It had almost a nutty quality and very good. The Catfish was cooked perfectly, and along with the side of fries and excellent tasting slaw made a wonderful lunch meal...I will definitely order their fish again...

Thanks, Trader.

I rarely think of ordering catfish at a steak place, but I don’t care for Oh! Bryan’s and we have friends that do so we go to oblige . . .

Next time I will try the fish.
