I didn't see a post already for them so I thought I'd start one. Sorry if I missed one.

I had my first OK Corral experience today. A lady I work with is always talking about going there so I thought I'd go and pick hubby and I up some lunch. It was great!!! I got the white beans and cornbread and onion slice. The white beans had big hunks of BBQ in it which made it very good. Hubby got the Jumbo BBQ pork sandwich and fries which was delicious!!! I will definately go back!!
Also, I thought I'd be nice to the fella's he works with and got them a pie. The pie is called "Nuts about Fudge". It was out of this world!!! I couldn't finish a whole piece as it was too rich but it was awesome!! It looks just like a Pecan pie, but you cut into it and its all chocolate and it's also got a chocolate crust. If you've never had one, PLEASE go try it!!!
Would love to hear from someone also how their chicken salad is? I wanted to try it but thought I'd get something small so I would have room for pie!

I like the smoked chicken salad at Ok Corral. In addition to the smoked chicken, you get iceberg lettuce, cheddar cheese, red cabbage, shredded carrots, cherry tomatoes, boiled egg, sliced red onion rings. I like to get mine with their homemade ranch dressing...its great. You should also try their smoked pork stuffed baked potato, its also great.

The barbecue chicken with white sauce is great! Get 2 halves. They will be smokier than a whole chicken.

I have been patronizing OK Corral for years. The only downside that I can say about their establishment is the absence of a dinning room. I had hope that after Pizza Inn closed next door that they would purchase the building for a dinning room, which they didn’t. At one time, I asked if they would ever open a dinning room, and was rumored at one time several years ago, planning to open a second location with a dinning room. That never materialized.

They experienced a fire in October 2005 which forced them to close. Repairs were made and they returned with their food as good as ever.

If I had to select a favorite BBQ establishment, OK Corral wins easily

When they have stew, it's awesome. Love the cornbread with jalapenos. Chicken fingers are good too.
Only problem, at lunchtime, their way of taking orders makes it slow a bit.

I drive over there from Florence just for a stuffed potato. I've also had the chicken plates when they have catered. UMM UMM Good.

ok, i agree with "Stinky Inc." i've been eating there for YEARS. i love the place.

Chicken Salad - wonderful
Spaghetti - awesome
smoked chicken - the best in the area
BBQ - great
pies are out of this world.

i love the place!
