To make 2 gallon of Orange/Lemonade

Mix the amount called for on the canister of Country Time Lemonade (the powder) to make 2 gallon of lemonade. Add sliced oranges and 2 cups of sugar.

Or, if you want to make a 5 gallon bucket full for a crowd simply add two entire canisters of Country Time (8 qt size), a 4 pound bag of sugar and some sliced oranges. I actually use the same oranges at least two times.

Delicious and so easy!

It does come with sugar already in it but this is the recipe that was given to me. I have tried it without adding the sugar but it's quite a bit too tart without it. My family prefers it with the sugar added. But, it's the oranges that gives it that distinctive taste though.

I use Kool-Aid "Lemonade Flavor"& add my own sugar as I taste it. Add a splash of orange juice, Sliced oranges, Cherries with Stems, and a splash of Almond Extract. This is great to take for Family Renunions. My family had one at Spring Park a few weeks ago, used french blue & white checked tablecloths and put in a gallon jar with spicket on the Jug. Homemade Gumbo, French Bread, Grilled Corn of the Cobb & Chocolate Cake!!!!!

Your recipe sounds good also. I'll try it.. and the menu sounds wonderful! especially the grilled corn on the cob!

If you like that, then add a can of Jumex tamarindo juice to iced tea! They swear by it in Puerto Rico. Now I do, too! Drink a Jalisco lime soda and that and eat some pollo con arroz and you are in the Bronx or San Juan!
