I don't know of any specifically. I've heard of, in the past, people donating stuffed animals to the police for them to give to kids when they answer calls where kids are involved. What about Safe Place?
Why did you ask?

I just inherited , at last count, 900+ NEW die cast cars, 1/64, 1/43, 1/24 scale. Transports, pit crews, key chains, figures, etc.still in boxes, cards, blister pacs, Special Editions, ANY produced NASCAR, between '95 -99', Hot Wheels, Johnny Lightning, etc.
I have no use for them.
The William Porter Foundation for Children in Need is a local charity that is making a big impact. They only do the Christmas thing, unless a need exists such as fire, loss, etc. They have a Facebook page that you can look at.

CB has delusions of adequacy.
I suspect the items mentioned have collectors value, If so, the charities might buy many more toys for the kids,

What's sad is if anything you have is of value as dire suggested, that someone, wherever you donated, would see the value & stick a few in their pocket.

If they are collectors items, the appraisal and sale at their value will generate more benefit for the beneficiaries than if you just handed them out piecemeal.
I don't do collectibles, but there used to be, and still may be, some places around town that would look the whole collection over and possibly make you an offer.
Whatever you decide to do Harald, good on you. Trying to help people and make the world a better place.
Off the subject a little , but several years ago, one or more of the shops at Colbert Fossil Plant took old bicycles throught the year, and would rebuild them and give to needy children in the area. I don't know if they kept that up or not, nor do I know if CFP is still running other than the Combustion Turbines.
