You can drive around Hickory Hills Subdivision at anytime of the day and see cars and trucks parked in the grass out in front of or beside homes. This is not seldom but ALL the time. You would think that in a restricted Subdivision as this that there would be some regard for City Laws. I live in Hickory Hills and I Do Not Park in My Yard.

you are lucky if this kind of thing causes the biggest heartburn in your life.

i'm not real large on telling folks what they can do on their own property, restrictions or not. of all the things a neighbor could do to be irritating, i think this is one of the more innocuous ones.

I drive through Hickory Hills a lot of times and also Forest Hills and I have never noticed cars ot trucks parked on the grass anywhere.

Tell us what street or streets they are parked on.

you could always think of it this way: if you dont park them in your grass but everyone else does, when people drive through there they will think "look at that nice yard, these people are the neatest in the entire neighborhood"

just a thought, maybe them being slobs will just make you look good
