A new pizza "place" in Killen is in the works.Does anyone know who the owners are or when they will open?

It may be owned by the Killen Police to draw more traffic violators in to town.

These comments imply a tightening of the speed limit enforcement in Killen. If this is so at what mph over the speed limit are they ticketing?
About 2 miles an hour over the limit and you get a ticket,this is if the "gun" is on you.You should be at Killen town hall on court day each friday.Its like the town fair has come to town!
Nobody should be in a hurry anyway in a lazy town such as this.

Then you get a ticket for going to slow.Nothing like a hot pizza and a ticket to boot!
I hope these proprietors run it like a business and not like a hobby like the last ones did. I knew it was bad news when it relocated from Colbert county.
If only the last proprietors had remembered 3 things it might have been sucessful..location,location and location!
From what I understand the location will be the same as Pizza Marina. From what I have heard it will be run by someone of the family that ran the gas stations forever on the west side of Shoal Creek. Wish them luck.
If you are looking for good pizza in the East end of the county, try Primos Pizzeria in Elgin. I have yet to be disappointed by anything I have had there. Have seen them hand tossing their dough and the toppings are plentiful. A lot of bang for your buck. Maybe the best in the Shoals area at this time.
There are no cops in Elgin but if you are still unable to drive (Cage), I think they deliver within 12 miles of Elgin. Tip the driver well.

Glad they have improved at Primos. The last we had was gross! Don't believe me try sum!
