Glad to see it done, should have been repealed long ago.
Although I admittedly scanned the article, it seemed to just state what's going on.
I think DADT has long since passed it's usefulness, and see no further need for it.
Either 'All people are created equal, that they are endowed by the Creator with certain rights ....." or they are not.
If we decide to put one category of people in sub-citizen status, the next step is to make them sub-human.
