I felt it yesterday in the way of a horrible headache. I was so mad when I tried 4 stores in Killen after 6pm to buy my first box of Sudafed since last spring. Of course the pharamacy's where closed and three of the stores I went to wound not sale anything they had to keep track of. I really just pi@@ed me off that I had to make a trip all the way to Florence because Meth Heads have ruined it for people with sinus issues.

Try Tylenol Sinus or Allergy.
Tylenol Sinus and Allergy is what I use at home. They have a split pack with daytime and nighttime. It seems to work for me and my husband. My throat is itchy this morning and I definatley have a little sinus pressure. I love the spring but I loathe it at the same time because both of my sons are highly allergic to pollen...looks like we will be dusting off the nebulizer and resue inhalers!
I have horrible chronic allergies. The docs at Vandy's ASAP clinic put me onto something that seems to work better than OTC meds. It's a homeopathic thing called Airborne Seasonal Relief (yellow packaging). It's not the regular Airborne - it's made to bring your body's Histamine levels back to normal. It's kind of like Alka-Seltzer b/c it's a big tablet you dissolve in water and drink it.

Two weeks on that and I can go all out without worrying about the allergies. Works great but a little hard to find. I get it at Walgreens.
