It's a waste of time for prayers to be held at public meetings, because just after they are held, that's when they start scewing you. Now why are they wanting to charge us a fee to have a pet, what next charge us a fee, for birds that are in our trees, or turtles that cross are yard, or having children  to.  Good grief does our officals having nothing better to do.  Once again prayers they say at public meetings, might as well be like this, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZCZsw5WpVSE

According to my mother-in-law, Florence once had a license that was issued yearly. This new one is a one off, so you should be thankful for that. Not enforce it? Some of us will do it because it's the law, not because someone is holding a gun to our heads.

If anyone owns a dog that gets out of the house or yard and is picked up, there will be at least a token fine if it doesn't have it's proper paperwork. Ten dollars is a pittance.
