Primate blair scott has issues with God regarding TIM TEBOW

Idiot blair scott is upset that God throttled back on Tebow’s percentage of completions

(Another atheist, Blair Scott, says if God wants Tebow to win, the quarterback would have a higher completion percentage. Scott, ironically, is a Saints fan.)

?I believe that lex has finally found his native language - ebonics!

Well buffy, you see it all the time. What's wrong with your "super sensitive christian/scientist senses"? I'd think they'd be tingling. You've made a lot of ridiculous claims, but your claim that apparently only christians play football is high on the list of the "most stupid things buff has ever posted". It almost knocks that 6000 year old earth thingy, off the number one spot.

Crust I figger you are being irreverent with exiguous interest  as to my answer.

To borrow a phrase “I would not have you ignorant”

What I tell you is truth and demonstrable in practice and unavoidable fact.

Yes is my answer and has scientific proof.

My scientific argument would be based on David Bohm’s theory that “thought is a system”. your thoughts, my thoughts and everyone’s thoughts become part of a system. That system effects everyone else so yes is my answer.

the credit then has to go to his belief in God.  Prove me wrong.

How can anyone prove you wrong when you haven't proven anything? Saying that your argument is "scientific" doesn't make it so. It only makes you sound like a fool.

So there are no Christians on the opposing team?  Your misapplication of theoretical science would be astounding if you weren't from Alabama.  I guess you think God actually told Pat Robertson who the next President of the US will be, too.   I'm guessing that living in your brain is like living with a hoarder.

Crust-0-matic I’m not misapplying any science. It’s what Bohm meant and it’s a fact . I don’t believe everything Bohm said after all he was an athiest. You seem to be taking a position that the collection of thoughts by many does not have an effect on any physical action.

You are aware that God said believe in him and have faith and  that belief will move mountains. A faith gives one strength. Tebo has God given strength. I would say he is not accusing God of guiding the ball but rather humbling himself for his strong faith in himself. The result is the same if God guided the ball or it was a result of the God given faith accepted inner strength. I’m sure there were prayers answered for the other side but the god given strength of tebo was greater concerning the win.

Crust, thought is a system whether you accept or not.

and no God didn't give pat roberson any foreknowledge

Crust-0-matic, you are editing to suit your claim. Nothing in pats claims that vaguely resembles tebo’s situation.  You are falsely attributing claims on tebo’s part.

The science is there crust whether you admit it or not. When I allow something you can bet there are mounds of unbiased research preceding it.

You are reading too much science fiction. At a young age I departed from Sagan and Russell for the likes of Einstein and Feynman. I recommend you temper your scifi with real science.

………..and I agree with you crust God doesn’t care if tebo wins or not “but the prayers availeth much”.

So God doesn't answer prayers of the dying for a healing or to lessen the pain, but He will answer prayers about winning a football game?

We should all meet somewhere near a mountain. You claim to believe & have faith, I want to see God move it when you ask Him to.

Mt 18:19    If two of you shall agree. Two shall constitute a Christian fellowship. The united prayers of this fellowship for any legitimate object shall be heard. The assurance of this is found in the fact that Christ will be present wherever two or three are gathered in his name. Their united prayers will ascend, made mighty by the intercession of the Son of God. By his presence it becomes his prayer. - People's Bible
