Actually, not the case, not for me anyway. Personally I don't know a thing about him other than he sounds like the same old, same old. I'm hoping for someone to be elected that doesn't already have those good ole boy blinders on.

i'm asking you to make the case for the reason why anyone would vote for TP over any other candidate.
Presumably, all of them are lawyers, they all qualify, they are all still breathing. So what makes your candidate MORE qualified to deserve my vote than the others?
What you need to do is research all the candidates yourself and make up your own mind based on what you learn. I haven't seen any reason you don't think this woman would make a good judge other than you obviously don't like a handful of her supporters. To me, that is one dunder headed reason to write somebody off. Fair enough?

I can only assume now from this lengthy discourse that you cannot give me a reason to vote for your candidate. You haven't done any of your own research, you just attacked a candidate because he gave a reason to distinguish his qualifications from those of his opponents.

I'm curious. By Milam's logic, a judge isn't qualified to handle juvenile cases unless they're a parent. Does that mean a judge isn't qualified to handle divorce cases if he/she has never been divorced (or never married, for that matter)? Part of being a lawyer or judge is knowing how to research the law and educate yourself on areas that are unfamiliar. I'm confident an otherwise qualified candidate could learn the juvenile system and make intelligent decisions whether or not they are a parent.

I don't vote in Colbert, so I don't really know any of the candidates. Looking over them all, hastily, I'd say Tim Milam comes across as the least likely to get votes from informed citizens. Of course, I've always heard certain things can be bought in Colbert County.

Don't know where it is. I never had any sins to confess. As I stated, I was never a Black sheep/peep/hechie. most of you were banned before I knew what was going on. I hung around various forums and informed myself. Went back and read old threads.
