Anybody seen the local commercials for Appliance Direct? They are TERRIBLE and the chick on them looks like Pippi Longstocking.

I haven't seen any of them, but the ones they have on radio with the guy talking with his mouth full of chit is extremely repulsive to me. How can they expect to sell anything with such a speech impediment?

The University KIA infomercials on 54 everyday are pretty bad too.
there is one that comes on that is about lunch meat...it may be "Bryans" (not sure)..but it shows a man sitting at a desk eating a sandwich and a older lady..looks like maybe she is suposed to be a secretery who says "thats some serious meat your sucking". I think what she's saying is "that's some serious meat you're stacking" but I agree that is a nasty commercial.

Have you seen the Ricatoni Commercial at the theater? It would give my vote. It's poorly produced and its a hairy guy giving a pickup line #41. I loved Ricatoni's and could do without the though of him touching the food.

She is a beautiful girl but I don't think women are her target audience and I imagine most men wouldn't mind licking the sauce off her.

I was flipping during Family Guy lastnight and watched. OMG they are like you said TERRIBLE. Was really weird that the little guy was telling things everyone already knows about washers, friges, etc.

i think it's Hillshire Farms. They also do one where they're on a plane and another with a bunch of guys and their grills cheering "when i say Hillshire, you say farms."

A news story a few weeks ago said parents were lodging complaints about the Burger King/Sponge Bob take off commercial......the focus being on women dancing around showing off thier square butts.
No story about complaints against Hardee's, though....lol.

There was the commercial showing Paris Hilton washing her Bentley, wearing a bikini, and eating a burger. Liked the burger and the Bentley...
It was for Carl's Junior. Here, we call it Hardee's.
A great regional commercial is the one for the Chattanooga Aquarium. Those penguins are adorable. I liked the singing fish, too.

"Goooo MEat! Yeah!" LOL I have a friend whose husband plays in a band that plays Irish (traditional and rock). Last year on St.Patrick's, we went to see them play in Nashville. Every now & then we'd yell that at the band, like a cheer. It is a stupid commdercial though!
The Comcast commercials where all the people are singing in that strange monotone. Yecch!

Now the lizard in the Geico commercial is bad enough, but what about the ditsy gal in the Progressive Insurance ones, I hate 'em!!!
