Reccomendation to strip/refinish commercial floor

Yes, or those who have janitorial services that do floors also.

I know there are folks who do this work on the side, but most of them are, in my experience, not very reliable to set a time and stick with it, etc. I also am not interested in having to buy supplies, rent buffers, etc. I would rather it be someone who does this on a regular basis as a job.

I would recommend kidnapping the night crew from Wal Mart. I think they go in around 10.

don't rule out people who do floors on the side.. having done them i could see why people wouldn't want to refinish floors all the time but would still get into it.

clean mops, fresh water, chemicals that are not bottom shelf, and permission to kill anyone that tries to walk on it are essential though.
