When you are groggy from sleep, making your way to the bathroom can be treacherous, especially if you are a little unsteady on your feet. That's a fastinating article, had never heard of the raisins before. When I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and got a c-pap machine that stopped my being woken up with the urge to go 4-5 times a night. 

The medicines to reduce the urge to pee at night can have uncomfortable side effects, especially if you have restless legs.
