Link to Obama's possible "new" tax
Well now ... how many remember how George Bush suffered for his "new" taxes after stating, in the campaign, "read my lips" and then failing to honor that pledge.
Wonder how many will give Obama a free ride and not hold him to accountability if his Administration allows a Value Added Tax to go forward? A VAT will tax EVERYONE even the very lowest earning people, even people that make so little as not to pay taxes to the IRS.
If implemented so much for his pledge to not raise anyone making $250,000 or less ( households ) taxes by one dime. No he'll allow them to raise everyones taxes to the point that the government gets the main share of people's money.
The Republican parties line about Democrats are that they are Tax & Spend happy yet these Democrats that we have in office today Spend then TAX so they are more Spend & Tax Democrats and totally live down the the reputation that the Republicans paint them with.
Democrats paint republicans as being racist, people that will do away with Social Security and will favor the Rich. Yet under the Republican administrations Social Security is still here and paying out the same, George Bush actually had more minorities in higher positions than any known president ever and while Tax breaks did help the richest Americans and Businesses they also helped out all taxpayers including the middle and lower classes of citizens. Also due to the tax incentives and tax breaks businesses increased hiring and expansion brought about more jobs whereas the raising of taxes and threat of Healthcare expenses are causing business owners to consider reduction in forces in order to reduce their cost.
Notice that the Republican administration put the most minorities in the highest of offices yet the minorities overwhelmingly voted against George Bush and the Republicans. Seems that the people that help out the minorities the most actually don't benefit by it.
Now Read My Print .... Obama and the Democrats, if given another term in office, will increases everyone's taxes by a very large amount. Also something they don't think about. They are increasing the President's powers and Executive powers so much that when they do lose they will present the Republicans now only with a huge majority in Congress but will then allow the Republican President unprecedented powers that they would rather not he have but then these current politicians don't see from one day to the next but rather only for the minute.
