RESTAURANT TALK was a great forum! I think it would be cool to use the polls to rate restaurants on a 1-5 (or whatever) scale and compile the results. Do you think this would be worth the time? This poll would not be applicable to fast food chain restaurants.

There's one thing about "fast food."

Or, perhaps there are two.

One, it's neither fast, and two, it's neither food.

Oh, and another thing... if it's worth eating, it's worth being seated civilly and dining.

With "fast food" one can enjoy it much, much more!

I am going to contact the times today to see if they will take put the forum Restaurant Talk in a permanent slot...
We can build on this will a group that meets once a month. We could all go to one restaurant or break up into smaller groups and to evaluate several different restaurants...then post our results every month...some in the group would like to cook just as I do...have small cooking classes...there are so many things we could do with the group...

Classes sound like a really great idea, wonder if we could get the kitchen at the Entrepreneurial Center for classes?
