with Sarah Palin, according to this Newsmax..com article:

http://www.newsmax.com/RonaldK...2010/06/01/id/360652

Excerpt:

"Palin’s bluster is what we have come to expect from politicians. That is one reason polls show they are held in less esteem than used car salesmen.
But Palin was supposed to be different. Like Obama, she promised she would tell it like it is. But like Obama, who never misses a chance to make misleading comparisons with the Bush administration, Palin has undermined her own credibility.

That has not gone unnoticed in conservative circles. In recent months, several of the most respected leaders of the conservative movement have told me that they are disappointed in Palin. Although they will not say so publicly, none sees her as a serious presidential candidate."

This is not from some "liberal rag," folks. This is from Newsmax, a web site popular among conservatives.

Yea better, why are you jumpimg on Sarah? She's in charge of what right now? Jobs, economy, oil spill, health care, the war on terror, offering jobs for people to drop out of a race, etc.? Nice try to deflect the attention elsewhere, but it doesn't work. I think your disappointment should be placed elsewhere.

I am just hoping that if the Right Wing IS planning to effect a big change in national politics, Ms. P. will be given no role in it. To that end, I am helping forum members here in Alabama to understand that she is--for very good reason-- losing credibility fast with all kinds of persons and institutions on the conservative side of things. There are actually some bright and capable Republicans to be found here and there. Let's hope these are the ones found to lead that party instead of some of the doofi* who get all too much publicity and who sometimes unnecessarily expose their party to ridicule.

What the critics and (other) politicians are saying about her is of no mind to me. It is time to listen to the people. After all... this is supposed to be a government OF the people, FOR the people, and BY the people. Unlike the hoodooing we've received from Barry. Has he listened to the people yet? I think not. That is how he crammed health care down our throats -- for which I may need to seek medical attention. I hope I get it for free!

Translated as...

We are scared to death of Palin. We have to start trying to tear her down now!
How funny you democrats would attack Palin. YOU are led by the meanest, most left, and backbitingest people, since, Marx,Mao and Lenin.
Pelosi YOUR speaker says "artists should quit their jobs" so they wont become Joblocked" and can be free to pursue artistic endeavors while the taxpayer will "pick up the tab" for their health insurance....you don't even have a glass house to throw stones from...

oh the link for this ******ed woman isPelosi says "quit your jobs"
As opposed to the man who has the VP position? So far, he's advocated moving the capital of the free world to Brussels -- Brussels, the site of the EU. The EU is run by an unelected bureaucracy, with a rubber stamp parliament and a president that changes every six months.

Biden does make some good speeches. Too bad, he plagiarizes them from UK Labor politicians.

No one who put any thought to the matter thought of Palin as a serious candidate for President.

However the left's obsession with her continues unabated.

It is not obsession; it is astonishment--astonishment that there are all that many who actually take her seriously. Competent, intelligent conservatives ought to cringe whenever that loose cannon opens her mouth.
