At another point, he seemingly forgets he's on a live stream and walks out of frame. The feed cuts away to a logo instead.
First of all, he can’t remember dates. Like when he’d be elected and take office. Who knows if he knows what office.
Second, usually when a camera is on you, you stay on camera. This would be an easy to follow direction for a seasoned politician like Mothball Joe. Yet hand him a shiny phone and there he goes, meandering for the early bird special.
