Already I know of two of many sites that are handy for asking info., http://www.webmd.com/ and http://www.mayoclinic.com/

I can't even get mine to be modern enough to fax my scripts to my mail-order pharmacy.

I can just imagine the reaction I'd get if I asked him to communicate via e-mail.

I think the doctors are overwhelmed and emailing (instead of calling) would just be more time consuming! If they want to find a quick answer I agree webmd and those sites would be more better. If they want to see their doctor, make an appointment.

If you can e-mail your questions, people will use this instead of going to see the doctor face to face. The doctors wouldn't make as much money as they do now because you don't get to charge a copay for e-mails.

Emailing is a very good tool to use for communication, etc. However, I don't see it becoming a common way to communicate with your doctors anytime soon.

If you could email communicate with your doctor, but it was for an office visit fee, would you still do it? Didn't think so.
