I've noticed Shoals Insider's don't give out the news like they used too. They used to have at least 3 or 4 news every day and now it seems like one or none. What's going on there?

Yes Blues - I have noticed that myself the last few days - was curious as to whats going on there myself.
I noticed that also. That is where I go when I don't see it in TD. I was surprised not to see the shooting in Anderson on SI

I really like the SI. Nice people.
I looked at SI website, but I like a more positive website. I guess the old saying goes, "No news is good news." I think that means only bad news do people want to hear.

I think they are trying to maintain a happy medium, reporting the news and putting a positive spin on other areas of their publication.
It's an advertising driven site, just like the TD. They've had complaints when they've spotlighted controversial issues, so it's probably just a matter of economics.

I never thought about that. I should be ashamed of myself for looking for bad news...I always look at the court reports. NOSEY is all that is, GEE WHIZ

i have noticed this too... i thought maybe they had slowed down due to the economy.. but i dunno... i like many others visit there often too look at the court records.. it's always fun to see who is in the court systems and going through all the bull****...

Got to admit, my curiosity makes me read the court records. I'm amazed at some of the names I've seen there.

I noticed for a day or two they were to post the the Colbert County lawsuits. For some reason they were never posted. And the trouble or whatever started right after that.
Someone must be out of town on vacation?
