This Saturday, I'm going to smoke some wings for a party we're having. I've smoked ribs quite a bit, but I've never tried wings. I'm guessing it's not much different, but I just thought I would see if anyone here has any techniques they use for smoking wings.

What Un said..... and also, i always wrap in foil for the first part of the cooking. It seems to help any meat, stay moister, longer. Thighs are good, wings or leg quarters..,and you can put your rub on before its in the foil. After about 45 min, I take it out of the foil and place on the rack. Applying more rub if needed, sauce or marinade. I use hickory also... good luck...
