You know pba , a friend of mine and I were talking one day. We think if ALL the news media would STOP broadcasting everything bad going on over there , here and every where else we think alot of this violence would die down some. As long as bad people see themselves on TV they may put on more for attention.

Iraqi's are blowing themselves up to get on TV? "What have you been smokin or drinking"? "Better lay off the sauce."

the Iraqi's are fighting against the occupation and take over of their country by the US. You are a good example of how the corporate media actually gives a distorted picture of our occupation. That's why you have to read the alternative media.

The corporate media continually implies it's "senseless violence." No reason for it and we are really only there to help them. But Iraqi's no better. They live there. I have a couple of DVD's of what's happening over there I got through Deep Dish TV. There are others. The Corporate media is only giving half the story all right but leaving out the struggle of the average family for survival. You can read independent journalists and various blogs as to what daily life in Iraq is like.

We killed thousands of people and destroyed their country with our "Shock and Awe," which the corporate media gloated over and lied telling us it was "precision bombing." We gave contacts to US companies to rebuild Iraq, which they overcharged and did little and brought in foreign workers so Iraqi's had no electric, water, services, schools and no jobs. Meanwhile the US is looting the country and after the oil.

They want us to leave and have continually said so. It's an occupation.

Maybe YOU want censorship but many us want the real story, which we are not getting in the corporate media anyway.
WAG THE DOG.

That movie, profetic as it was, also should have taught us a serious lesson. UNLESS YOU SEE IT YOURSELF, IT MAY NOT HAVE HAPPENED.
There is a LAW in astronomy. If it is not written down and affirmed, IT DID NOT HAPPEN.
There is a LAW in court. Unless it is corroborated, it is not admissible.

There are reasons for these rules. They keep a SINGLE SOURCE, Like Chalabi, from causing action.
