In my opinion, and that's what it is, contemplation that using Nuclear Weapons to fight in a war is a dangerous threshold to cross.  As a deterrant to avoid World War and nuclear war Nuclear weapons .  Mutually Assured Destruction was one of the best policies and thought to avoid all out war but to know that there are military planners or politicians that would contemplate that using Nuclear Weapons on a "limited" basis is truly scary, at least to me.   Nuclear Weapons best use, I believe, is more as a deterrent and not as a real offensive weapon system.  If used against us then I fully support their use in a defensive roll but not in an offensive roll as a tool for any military to use against another. I'm not a peace at any cost person and believe there is a place and need for a nation's military but I do not believe there is an offensive use for Nuclear Weapons in today's World given that Nukes would surely be released upon us as well in retaliation.

Such use of nukes had been a part of operational plans for decades.  To me, the most frightening scenario is Hillary lives and is running for president.

AGAIN???  I would say you're crazy if you think that but given the woman (If I can call her that) she never accepted defeat in 2016 and she wants it soooo bad she's just as likely to try it again as long as she can find someone to prop her up and find enough idiots to contribute to her campaign (or the Clinton fund).
