so they are going to ban the toys that encourage consumption of unhealthy food....
.. but continue to allow the unhealthy food.

persoanlly, i think anything like that should be left up to the parents. it's not the governments job to force parents into wise decisions.

i just copy/pasted it here because if they are going to step in to try and dictate what we feed our kids, why yank the toys and leave the greasebomb burgers?

Personally, I think McD has done a pretty great job at offering "healthier alternatives"... apple dippers, white meat chicken, milk, juice, etc.
I think that this is clearly the parents responsibility, not the gov't.
Something tells me this would NEVER happen in Alabama though- they would prolly meet as much opposition as the lottery! : )
