Recipe Summary
Difficulty: Easy
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Yield: 12 cakes
User Rating:

Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
4 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
12 bite-size peanut butter cups
Filling:
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract or almond extract
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place a paper cupcake liner in each cup of a standard muffin pan.
To make crust, in a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter until crumbs are moistened. Press crust into bottom of each muffin cup. Put 1 peanut butter cup into the center of each crust.

Beat cream cheese with a handheld electric mixer until fluffy. Add sugar, flour, and vanilla, beating well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Spoon cream cheese mixture over peanut butter cups and graham cracker crusts. Bake until just set, about 20 minutes. Allow to cool completely before serving.

I don't really like peanut butter so I used bite sized milky ways. Yum.
Something positive...

These are things that bring positive thoughts to mind for me.
Tonight you get a two-fer Smiler

Let's see.
1. Having supportive friends that love you "warts and all." I can be gone for weeks but if I needed them, it would just take one phone call. That's positive.

2. Knowing that things have a way of working out and even when things seem at their worst, deep down there is still order among the chaos.

3. Rain. I absolutely love the rain. Let everyone else complain. You get rainbows, great sleep, and killer tomatoes for the fresh salsa I make on ball game days.

Okay, I gave you a third. Wink

Love the thread HG!

Positive thoughts and positive actions go hand in hand. It's hard not to do positive things if you have a positive mindset.

something posiive.....expecting two positive things, then getting three Cool
One never accomplishes anything positive by thinking negative thoughts. My father once commented on the (pardon the expression) black sheep of our family, stating if he put as much energy into hard work as he did scams, he would have been a rich man. The same goes for those who constantly criticize. Those succeed who prefer to place that energy into positive attempts in life.

You may have a point here. I do think people feel better getting out and being around people and enjoy themselves.

In the midst of all the evil in this world comes a message. The backstabbing and bickering and the hateful hurtful things we ALL say and do the innocence of a child can still bring us all joy with one precious word . My day is made better after reading your post.
Memories of days gone by and happy times are brought to present.
Thank you RT for allowing us to share in your joy.
