I can honestly say that I have never left home without one. I recently switched to one of these. No need for sharpening as it holds real razor blades. (OMG!!!!!)

Wow! I don't know the full extent of this story BUT if it IS over just the fact he brought a knife to school then what does this say about our society in America?

It's being run by a bunch of women?

If the school is on lockdown, I think(?) it's safe to assume that there's more to the story than a kid got caught with a knife in his pocket.

Just like my Dad, if you asked him if he had his knife with him he would say," I've got my pants on don't I"....Southern country boy tradition going back to the Saxon days ....back then the knife was called a seax.
