Starbucks training employees for diversity

Starbucks has had a period of bad press lately what with reality meeting and overwhelming philosophy and good intentions.  Starbucks fails to realize that they hire people and that people are flawed and imperfect.  The real telling thing about Starbuck's diversity training is how they show continuous white (officer) on black attacks as if that was the only source of racism in America.  There is no attack on Racism but rather only attacks on Whites as the source of racism or that is what it seems to be.  This will never eliminate racism as they fail to address the problem itself but rather assign blame to a source in a highly biased way and manner.

I believe the way to eliminate racism is to teach our children that everyone is different but equal. Of course in the world we live in that is easier said than done especially because racism is in a lot of places. I wish our children could see better stuff, if our children saw equality as opposed to racism, racism would hardly be a thing in 90 years.

I never was a big fan of diversity nor do I think everyone is equal.
the gut shot for it. Social media has stunted the intellect of todays
teens for the next two generations if the statistics prove accurate

and a reverse process started now, and it ain't going to......

I'm lucky I wasn't born 20 yrs ago and just hang on to whatever
good comes along, there're going to fewer and far between....
