Hey, what happened to the Sunday edition of Letters to the Editor. I miss them.

The TD used to publish a quarter to a half page of Letters. Now it is completely missing from the Sunday "Forum" section. Why? Is it because there are not enough letters written now or . . . What?

Whatever the case, I miss them.

If they simply aren't being written any more, perhaps the TD would consider posting a selection of one or more of our rants here in this online forum? You could start a new section here just for submissions for Sunday "Forum" publication. Folks could read it in the paper and the TD could invite the reader to the on-line forums to view or submit responses.

I see this generating a great deal of website traffic. Heck, I might even consider advertising my business if I knew this forum was immensely popular.

I know many of our rants aren't fit for publication but some of us write well enough to be published from time to time.

Bummer.

I like the You Said It comments but if I had to choose between letters to the editor and the "Drive By" comments, I'd definitely choose the Letters.

So what about the suggestion to post a featured forum posting?
