For dinner, I grilled steak Kabobs consisting of steak, 3 types of peppers red, green and yellow; purple onion and tomato wedges. Side dishes were corn on the cob, and baked beans. I started to make some garlic bread, but got side tracked on another project.
Since I had the grill going, I grilled two slices of ham for breakfast in the morning; and chicken tenders for tomorrows lunch/dinner.
As if that wasn’t enough, I started experimenting with grilled potato slices, something that I have never done before on which I sprayed with butter and dusted with Parmesan cheese. They made a great snack when dipped into Polynesian sauce.
We grilled shrimp and chicken. We had a fresh tossed salad (fresh herb blend with dried cranberries, sunflower seeds and cilantro) and grilled orange slices and grilled bananas. The chicken was in preperation for chicken tacos tonight.
had every intent of cooking pork chops with cilantro corn and sauteed carrots w/ brown sugar and butter. however i spent my daylight after work being a bike mechanic so i had a big bowl of raisin bran.
tonight will be pan seared chicken breast with brown rice.
