For dinner, I grilled steak Kabobs consisting of steak, 3 types of peppers red, green and yellow; purple onion and tomato wedges. Side dishes were corn on the cob, and baked beans. I started to make some garlic bread, but got side tracked on another project.

Since I had the grill going, I grilled two slices of ham for breakfast in the morning; and chicken tenders for tomorrows lunch/dinner.

As if that wasn’t enough, I started experimenting with grilled potato slices, something that I have never done before on which I sprayed with butter and dusted with Parmesan cheese. They made a great snack when dipped into Polynesian sauce.
