Have not ate there in a very long time. I was a Big Roast Beef fan until they stopped making them.

Not to do a Hardee's commercial, but how can it be a 'clone', when the whole idea is it's differences; it's size, no third bun, more cheese, a third beef patty and lower price?
Imitation is probably a better word, but I think we all understand what he's getting at.
probably a McDonald's manager. Some of these micky d's around here are just trying to rip the customer off to make their profit margin bigger.
McDonalds wouldn't know good food if it reached up and slapped 'em in the buns.
If the Big Hardee were made out of Silly Putty, it would taste better than anything Mickie D's offers.

Off topic, but had Burger King Double Cheeseburger Friday night and was really good!

I haven't tried the Big Hardee. It's got to be better than a Big Mac. Flame broiled is ALWAYS better than fried!

Very small difference but the price is 1 dollar so I don't know why you said 99 cents but it is great and glad they added it

I had it for lunch Monday and Tuesday this week. Good double cheeseburger. It beats McDonalds double cheeseburger hands down in my opinion. Will have it again soon.
I also love the onion rings and sauce but my favorite item on their menu is still the original chicken sandwich.
