Unfortunately, for the resident FOXOPHILES  they absolutely WILL NOT watch anything which is broadcast on MSNBC (But can't really say that I stay "glued" to Fixed News either, so don't want to be HYPOCRITICAL!!!!!!!!!)

Anyway, all good and valid points but the ONE thing that IS and WILL continue to REALLY get there respective drawers in a wad is the FACT:

OSAMA bin LADEN was KILLED under the OBAMA administration!!!!!!!!!!!!

Spinning the h*rsesh*t into SHINOLA is what they are indoctrinated to do when it comes to crediting and DEFENDING George W. Bush (Well, they had A LOT of practice in those 8 years)

Numerous distortions, of course.  For me the claim that General Franks failed to do a sweep at Tora Bora is particularly irksome.  That is claimed again and again by the left without knowledge of the terrain and number of troops involved.  There are about 100 passes in the area. Each pass would take about a battalion to sweep and block.  100 battalions is every active battalion in the army, including armor and artillery.  How you would deliver them, resupply them and finally extract them is beyond me.  And, that's my profession.

IAW, typical stupid remarks from lefties who don't know any better.

Bush, himself, admitted that he wasn't looking very hard. He said that he wasn't even thinking about him. McCain called Obama "naive" during the debate, when Obama said that he would do exactly what he did to catch OBL. So much for military experience. And, making General Pretaus  head of the CIA will probably mean more of the same for the terrorists. We finally have a Commander in Chief who can handle the job.

The Senate Foreign Relations Committee says otherwise:

I want to make sure BushIIe get the credit he deserves...for clearing brush and killing his daddies nemesis, neither of which did anything to lessen international terrorism.

Republicans are so jealous that Obama succeeded where Bush failed, that they can't stand it. That is why they keep making stuff up, like the Common non-issue, to try to discredit him. They want us to be proud about torturing people, when it has be definitively proven that it DOESN'T WORK, besides being illegal. To quote one of the Republican's favorite phrases, "What part of illegal don't you understand?"

one word of objection until after it came to public light. Also it's illegal now not then.

Every Navy Seal is water boarded as part of their training. So are we torturing our

own men? I say if it's good enough for our guys, it's good enough for those who want

It doesn't matter what we think...Obama's got the credit for getting Bin Laden. I don't really give a rats *** how we got the information. We needed it. We got it. Osama is dead. In my opinion that is a good thing. It's just a shame that it took so long.

OBL was much valuable as a source of intel, especially after waterboarding him, than the simple act of executing him.  The rendition of OBL from Pakistan was a job for the CIA not SEAL's. 

I agree with you Ditto. He would have been of value for intelligence, but, he's dead and thats ok with me. I just wish the SEAL team would have dipped their bullets in pig blood before the raid, or at least told the media that they did.

AH, I see. Those seals DID capture, not kill Bin Laden. No photos. burial at sea. No evidence of his death because he isn't dead. They have him in a room at area 51 and are shoving bamboo shoots under his finger nails. When they get through torturing him they'll shoot him in the head and release the photos of his death. Thats ok with me too. A simple death is too good for some.

I would be checking the Crawford ranch of BushIIe.  After 9-11, all the bin Ladens living in the US were allowed to leave by plane, even though all commercial aircraft was supposedly grounded.  Its all a right wing conspiracy to embarrass OBama.
