there is a line that says " thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor".

however, that doens't mean 'don't lie' it means 'don't make up false stories about people and spread them around as though they were true'.

in other words, don't spread false gossip.

there are a few lines in the bible that indicate that people who become known as liars are looked down upon, but there is no commandment against it.

so no.. the bible doesn't say ' thou shalt not lie.'

please... don't ever make me take up for bill again.. it makes me sick to my stomach....

Bill, a smoker is abusing their body, which is God's temple. THEY are choosing a lifestyle that goes against God's commandments too. Are THEY going to Hell?

I know you won't answer because you don't care what GOD wants, only what YOU want. Your writings are only consistent in that you continue to promote your own agenda. If they were TRULY consistent, you would have to apply your hard-line stance to ANYONE who continues to sin.

As I said in another thread, if you TRULY wanted to do God's work here on earth, you would turn control of you life over to Him and let HIM lead you. Instead, you THINK you are doing God's work by thinking and saying things that come from your own mind, rather than from the Holy Spirit. Until you learn to put yourself and your ego aside and just allow God to put the words and the thoughts on paper (or in type), you will continue cause more harm than good.

I suggest that tonight, when you are alone with yourself, you ponder what I have said. Take a good look inside and see if it is the Holy Spirit who is guiding you in your writings, or if it is your own human mind. If it is the latter, it would behoove you to pray and ask God to truly take over your life, so that YOU, as a human being, stop thinking and doing ANYTHING. Once you have turn over control of your thoughts and actions to Him, believe me, the things you will say and do under His guidance will be ever so much more effective and satisfying.

OK, I'm not referring to you specifically-maybe you're different in that respect-in which case you're probably following the letter of the manual closer than most, and definitely closer than BeeG is 'cause he's seriously one judgemental sonuvabithc.

Of course we all know that BeeG is only trying to convince everyone (and indirectly, his god) that he has seen the error of his ways and is now righteously steppin' and fetchin' to make up brownie points before he kicks the proverbial bucket in hopes that a lifetime of being a chooch won't get him sent to the basement for eternity.

He calls g ay men an abomination-but any one of the g ay men I've ever known seem to have higher ethical standards than he apparently does.

Every element of society has it's unethical types. Even christians, and I think those are the ones BeeG wants to use as the rule rather thn the exception.

BeeG constantly divides by zero.

After all this time-It still does not compute.

I think the homosexual agenda is no different than mine or anyone else's.

Live and enjoy life the best ya can.  They just prefer, in one aspect to do it differently than straights do.

Either way it's no concern of mine.

i thnk the problem is that bill is so convinced in his own ' rightness' that when he listens for God and hears only his own thoughts and opinions, he's sure it IS god's voice.

he's become so mean and twisted in pushing his Anti-Life Agenda(TM) that he no longer hears any voice but his own.

Bill has burnt out the circuit in his radio, and hears nothing but static and his own fears and hatred echoing back at him, and he mistakes it for the Word of God.

Did you even bother to read ANYTHING on this web site -- or, did you, with your usual thoroughness, just read the name and claim it?  Jennifer, my child, ANYONE can put a label on themselves.  I could call myself a Martian if I so desire -- but, I would have a very difficult time proving it.

This group, whose banner you so proudly wave -- is about as Baptist, or Christian, as our young puppy.  If you had taken the time to even read their web site, you would have found several things very obvious:

1.  Nowhere on that web site or on their related web sites -- do they mention the Bible, God, Jesus Christ.

2.  Nowhere on that web site or on their related web sites -- do they tell us what they Biblically believe.

3.  ALL of their California churches are in NORTHERN CALIFORNIA.   Surprise!  Surprise!  Surprise!

4.  They are not affiliated with any legitimate Christian denomination -- and only lightly connected with several very liberal denominations. 

So, Jennifer, you will have to do much better than this group if you want to prove the Homosexual Agenda is valid.

Of course, you can denounce me all you want -- you need no facts or outside motivation to do that.

Let's take you comments that I have highlighted in bold text above.   Do you believe that there should be no special honors for veterans?  Who do you think fought, suffered, and, many times -- died -- to give YOU the right to come on this forum and express your views -- regardless of good or bad.

Special laws for Homosexuals?  Why?   They have the same rights you and I have today; why should they be given special rights?  What have they done to deserves "special laws"?   Every single homosexual has the same rights that you and I have today.  If they want to get married; I am sure that most of them can find a wonderful mate -- of the opposite gender.  And, that makes it much easier to have babies and cultivate loving family traditions.

On your third point -- I agree completely.  Skippy was way off the map when he mentioned stoning anyone to death.  This is one time we all should tell our Friend, Skippy, "Make sure your brain is in gear -- before starting your mouth (or, in this case, your typing)"   I will add, "Skippy, is that Shaq's size 22 foot in your mouth?"

it's MY belief that the homosexual agenda is disinformation spread by the Fundementalist Agenda, which is :

1 - make people afraid of things that we think are icky.

1 - make the people who partake of these icky things outcast in society.

1 - return the world to a time when passion and faith rule everything, and people are hung for questioning God.

1 - because if they question god, they question us, and we can't be havin' with that in our time of life.

1 - because if god said it, i believe it, and i'll kill you if you make me doubt myself.

fundies aren't to big on numbers. they like to stop at 1, because if you have another, they might get together and try to make a third... and that's icky.

A little late to this thread but I just gotta say this:  It is clear that the homo-agenda is to convert all us straight people to g a yfers so they can all have more people to have some sex with (oh, and destroy God but that's another story).  Of course "it is a CHOICE" so the g a yfers want us all to choose to be ***.

I have a problem with that.  I do not want to be g a y.  I like hetero-ism just fine.  So, a question to the g a y people here: How can I choose to NOT be g a y?  Is there an opt-out feature for this agenda? Or perhaps I have no choice in the matter and you guys are going to brainwash me into being g a y ?  I have children who do not want to be g a y either.  Are they also doomed to turning g a y ?

I just recently found out that a female friend of mine, who has been married twice, has a little boy from the first marriage, has been in a sexual relationship with another woman for the last two years. That blew my mind!!!

Sorry, my Friends, but you are both wrong.  No one is born homosexual.  There is NO SUCH THING as a "homosexual gene."  People are born with the sexual equipment God gave them -- and, as they grow, their sexual inclinations fall into line with their equipment.  However, society, their environment, and the world often insist upon changing the perfection of God's plan.  And, often, in the end, many become confused about their sexuality and wander into forbidden gardens.  But, no, no one is born ***.  We are are born as a clean slate -- and then the world happens.

Nagel, regarding men and women being bisexual -- you, too, my Friend are wrong.  I have known both men and women who were bisexual.  But, like you, the image of two men having sex, and especially kissing, is VERY repulsive to me.   I can't think of anything -- except maybe eating maggots -- which I find more repulsive. 

Yet, regardless of how repulsive you and I find it -- it does happen and men do often become involved in bisexual relationships.  Sick, but true.   Like you, I find a woman's body attractive -- so, the thought of two women embracing and even kissing does not repel me.  Yet, by its very nature -- there is NOTHING attractive nor alluring about a man's body.  Thus, two men together becomes extremely repulsive.

And, neither homosexuality nor bisexuality is acceptable to God.
