Lot of cop talk on here so I thought I'd add this:
After being in Law Enforcement for around a decade I've seen a lot and heard a lot from the Public. I've lied, I've disobeyed command, I've made poor judgement calls. I've spoken many truths, tried to be as honest as humanly possible and have enforced the law even on the points that I don't agree with. I've been called a pig, a racist, a SOB and a slew of other real cute names. I've been called a buddy, a friend, a hero and a savior. I've arrested some of the worst people of many different races you could ever imagine. I've met some of the friendliest people of many different races this world has to offer. After all of that I've learned that while one side of the Public is shaking your hand the other side is ripping you apart. The thing is though, I'll still be there to help, serve and protect both sides.
