Forbes has released its list of the most likely "next boom towns" in the U.S.A.. i.e. those cities "best positioned to grow and prosper in the coming decade." The list is dominated by Sun Belt cities in the South and the Southwest.  Austin, TX and Raleigh, NC lead the list. Nashville is in third place. About Nashville, Forbes says this:

"Perhaps less expected is the No. 3 ranking for Nashville, Tenn. The country music capital, with its low housing prices and pro-business environment, has experienced rapid growth in educated migrants, where it ranks an impressive fourth in terms of percentage growth. New ethnic groups, such as Latinos and Asians, have doubled in size over the past decade."

Sounds like Southerners should start teaching their kids to say, "Do you want fries with that?", in Spanish and Chinese.
