A friend of mine (who is a 45 year old male) saw this movie last weekend. He told me today that it was extremely scary. He said it was worse than Helter Skelter and The Exorcist. My friend loves all kinds of movies but horror flicks are his favorite. For him to say it was scary should say something about its intensity.
I thought this movie was not that great. I mean I'm still wondering why it's rated R? They say the F-word maybe 4 times and there is only one bad blood scene. The setting of the movie stays the same throughout and I was just really disappointed with the rest. I was expecting alot more because the previews make it look so much better than what it actually was. Oh well, guess I'm going to check out "The Happening" tonight and see how that is.

I saw both of those movies. I thought Closer was amazing, and I liked Punch Drunk Love, although I'm not sure that I "got" it... Maybe I need to watch it again.
Well I would highly reccomend the strangers. I saw it, and it realy messed with my head. Realy leaves u feeling helpless in certain spots in the movie. And it was based on actual events. When it is released on dvd, I plan to add it to my collection. Thats how much I liked it. Some movies just need an unhappy ending!!!

The new hulk movie is raly good too.
