It doesn't come down. The "one at the US Supreme Court building" is part of a tableau of numerous items portraying the history of laws and law making.   That kind of arrangement has been held by the Court to be consistent with the Constitution.  Roy Moore had the opportunity to modify his display to be consistent with that principle, but he refused.  The display in Texas, which included the 10 C's  along with numerous other items,  was held to be constitutional, having met the Court's standard.

By the way, the display at the Supreme Court Building does not even have any of the words of the 10 C's.  It consists of a representation of two tablets with Roman numerals I -IX, but no text.

Repeated three times, on the frieze with Moses holding them, on the entrance doors and on the wall near the judges seats.

Did you know that the lettering on the tablet shown with Moses represents fragments of Hebrew words from only the last five Commandments?

You have obviously not seen what is on the SCOTUS building or not paid any attention to oit.
Theh carvind depicts Moses holding the commandments, but only the last five are are visable. The first 4 are about our relation to God, the last 5 are about how we treat each other., so , actually, that engraving is NOT religious in nature.

Also , flanking Moses are the great lawgivers Confucius and Solon, bothe facing full forward, and NOt towards Moses.
Get a grip man.

Moses, God, stone tablets aren't actually religious.. So you think no one

knows what those stone tablets were for given to us by way of God.

There are some tablets that are blank, does that mean God was silent

about the laws.? Conklink wants you to know the roman numerals aren't

connected to the Commandments, they're just numbers.

Good to know a command from God on how to treat other people didn't

really come from God and isn't religious. Get a grip man. my azz.....
