Hi Chick,

While you are right that there is nothing ethically wrong with a person changing his/her posting name; why do it?  If a person has not been banned; which I am sure Jennifer has not -- and, since she has used her real name all this time -- what purpose is served by changing it now?  It only adds confusion, as you have shown by asking your question.

For as long as I can remember -- you have only been Chick.  And, for almost five years, I have only been Bill Gray.  Yes, I got banned for a week several years ago for a dispute I had with Fish; but, I just took a one week rest and then came back again as my old self.

But, I will never understand why a person wants to keep changing posting names when it only adds confusion and accomplishes nothing.  I know there have been a few who will add additional posting names when no one will agree with them.  So, they add a new name, or two or three, and agree with themselves.  Several members have been notorious about doing this.

Yet, the new posting name/names cannot cover the writing style, personality, and spelling/punctuation of most members.  So, the cover is blown as soon as the "new" member begins to type.   Therefore, why bother?  What did Jennifer accomplish after all this time -- by becoming Bestworking?

Just curious.  Personally, I have never felt the need to post under any name except my real name.

God bless, have a wonderful, blessed day,

Bill

Or it could be that the writer is afraid for his life from the right wing Christian radicals who think killing someone with a differing opinion is doing God's work.

Have another blissed day, Bill.

His name and email address are on the site. Where's your real name and email address on the crap you post?

Hi Jennifer,

I searched that web site and could not find any info regarding who wrote the articles nor who is posting the web site.  In other words, it is a totally blind web site.  What does that say about the credibility of the person doing the writing and posting?  To me, that says that the person is either unsure of what he/she is writing -- or ashamed of what he/she is writing.  Either way -- not much of a source.

Regarding my identity -- anyone who has been on the TimesDaily Forums for a while can tell you that I have always used my real name and I have always given my name in my writings -- on the forums, in my e-mail ministry, and on any web site or blog I have used.   Why?  Because I am not ashamed of sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ -- and, to the best of my knowledge, what I write is Biblically true.

Jennifer, you and I know that there are raving lunatics writing and posting on the internet.  After all, one merely has to Google "atheist" to find hundreds.   So, the first thing a person who wants to be taken seriously will do is to give us their name, their affiliation, what they have done, and what they are doing.

What credentials does your writer possess?   And, why will he/she not share this information?

Jennifer, you tell me, "His name and email address are on the site."  Yes, I saw the person's e-mail address -- but NO NAME.   I do not want to chat with him/her -- only to know who they are and their credentials so that I can find more info on the person or persons doing the writing.   If you have the person's name and information, I will truly appreciate it if you will share this info with us.

God bless, have a wonderful, blessed day,

Bill
