That is pure bull, the County will consider the request to help our VETERANS, wonder before our VETERANS who gave us our freedom, had a chance to consider before they went and served our country. You know how much money in the thirty plus some years the county has given to the Florence/Lauderdale Veterans Memorial $000000000, and that is a d*mn right shame. Consider my a**, just reach out and help OUR VETERANS.

It is a dying shame. I'm a vet. from this last BS war in Iraq. The least someone can do and I think is one of the most important things is honor those who have served.

You've got my big AMEN brother !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nine years ago we tried everything we could to put my uncle who served in World War II in the Veterans nursing home in Huntsville 3 times and they would NOT accept him.

We had every **** paper showing when he went in and come out of the service.
