The authorities have found a place in California where Foreigners who are about to drop Babies, come and have their Babies and get it fixed up as an American Citizen, and go back Home and raise it and then it can come over here and get its Education, although it would probably get a better one where it was at, anyhow no Visa, all the benefits that the American gets that has worked here and paid Taxes.

I wonder how long it is going to be before the Mexicans figure out that they can probably take their three or four anchor Babies back to Mexico and sit down there and have their Babies Welfare Checks sent to Mexico,four Kids, about $1800.00 a month, they could live good on that down there.
