There is no evidence that taking any sort of vitamin supplement - including vitamin D - helps you live longer. In fact, it can often do harm - especially to those who take "mega" doses of any sort of vitamins.
Specifically, STOI, lay off the vitamin C tabs and educate yourself on
MSM. There is scant evidence that MSM helps anything but to lighten your wallet.
East a healthy diet, get plenty of exercise and don't believe everything you are told.
