FANTASTIC story! People need to hear this. Some won't believe it. They would rather hear about the numbskull who threw shoes at Bush.
But nontheless, great progress has been made and is continuing to be made. And at the definite risk of the screeching leftists who will get their rocks off criticizing me for this, Bush will one day get the credit he deserves for having the integrity to fight this war to win it, irregardless of the left and some on the right, who are gutless and whose politics got in the way of their reasoning.

Bush is Satan.We are losing the war.Obama will bring America back to peaceful prosperity as soon as he "sits down" with our enemies.After all,instead of investing so much money in our military and being ready to defend ourselves and our natural interest,what we should concentrate on is trying to fogure out what we have done to our enemies to make them hate us so.
I fully agree with Backwoods. I believe they hate us for our sin of actually living on the same planet with them. In the spirit of Universal Love and Brotherhood, I believe we should get together and commit ritual, mass suicide to expiate our shame.

The author provides an interesting prospective on the war. His descriptions are vivid. But, unfortunately, the sample from the book does not change my view about the war with Iraq and the tactics we used there. My opinion was set after several of my friends' sons returned from Iraq or visited home. But that is another story for another day. I'm not in the mood to argue the decision to go to war. Our problem today is completing the mission and bringing our boys home in the best manner possible. I'm not sure how long that will take, but I have faith that the military will figure it out.

No problem.But read the entire book(Moment of Truth in Iraq).It has plenty of critizism and praise.Michael Yon is an honest guy and pulls no punches.I think you would like it.
