You picked a loser of a case this time to present in your eternal hatred of cops. Video, audio and witnesses all say he is guilty and was in the wrong.

You picked some losers to try to defend...then again, you are probably just like them.
Are you 'sickandtired'?

Nope. I'm me, and me is all I've ever been on these forums.
You're up to what....five or six different aliases now? jetboy, shaniqua, mister me (aka mysterymeat), wh...which ones am I forgetting, and how many of those have actually been banned?
BTW, no need to "defend" these officers. The video evidence and witness statements say it all. He refused to pull over, and when cornered, resisted and refused to submit to arrest.
Looks cut and dry to me. The gap in time from when he stopped and when they extracted him from the car is most likely him refusing a lawful order to exit the vehicle. Wouldn't it be nice if he would have just stopped and complied?

WH....This man gave a 3-mile chase from police, driving without a license, was drunk, failed to yield, & you blame the police for arresting him? What if he had hit & killed or injured one of your family members before they got him off the road?
I didn't see anything these cops did wrong. They did the people a service by getting him off the streets.

The forest is sometimes hard to see for all those trees.

very lucky he didn't hit somebody when he ran the red light.
When are people going to simplify life by pulling over in a well-lighted area when signalled by the police? This old guy deserved what he got, from what I saw.
Yes, there are some cops who have a power complex and like to swagger and strut and show "who's boss," but they are the tiny minority who give law enforcement an undeservedly bad name and who provide anti-cop types like you with anecdotal and atypical information with which to feed your disdain for law enforcement. Most folks with your attitude have run afoul of the law and are striking back in an effort to find self-justification.
Recalcitrant drunk drivers need to be shown who's boss and they need to be gotten off the road and appropriately charged and put in jail until they dry out and are no longer a menace to themselves or others. If they don't cooperate with arresting officers, they need to be handled with appropriate force, and that is obviously what happened here.

most know, I'm one of the first to jump on a bad cop, but from what I see, they did nothing wrong here. I didn't see any hitting, kicking, repeated beating while the man was cuffed etc. they did a good job in my opinion.
Yet ANOTHER example of someone not obeying the law and/or its law enforcement officers. A criminal displaying criminal behavior. ...Cops were justified in my opinion.
It is amazing that someone can be drunk, disorderly and resisting and fall to the curb injuring themselves and then want to charge LEO with misconduct. This is absurd...the arrest was text book.
Looks justified to me as well. You could tell by the title of the thread that the author has a bone to pick....
