The Times Daily recently changed the newspaper, and not for the better.
An old saying in the maintenance field is, "if it aint broke, don't fix it".
The Times Daily was not broke, you tried to fix it, now it is broke.

What happened to upset you, did they mess up and print a story that was NOT a half-truth and wasn't slanted against the Republicans?
The TD consolidated the number of sections for about 3 days a week, plus cut out the TV schedule. Print newspapers are having hard time staying profitable. So, I understand the cost cutting. However, as I've stated before, the main reasons I subscribe are for local news and the TV schedule. They just removed one of my reasons for subscribing.

They sorta have local, state, national and international news that is not slanted. Read the editorial page and give each national columnists a grade of liberal or conservative. It will be nearly equal. Try that,
I don't even take the paper edition anymore. I subscribe and read what I want online. Quite handy, and I don't have to fight over sections with the wife.

Okay. There is an equal grade of liberal and conservative. Was it liberal before and broke becoming equally conservative?
I'm trying to understand your complaint, if there is one.
The arrangement of the paper, the content of the paper, the daily columnists, the location of columns, stuff like that.

They endorsed Obama. 'Nuff said. I have read the editorals, that is why I asked my question.
The elimination of the TV listings was not such a bad move, but the McDonough column that highlighted each day's best TV features was a very helpful item that should not have been axed. The guy really knows his TV.

I suppose I should have said read and understand the articles.
