Don't understand what the problem is with these folks. My paper on Saturday 9/25/2010 arrived in a plastic bag with a hole in it. It was pouring down raiN and soaked the paper. I phoned Customer Service and they promised me a new paper to be delivered Sunday; (not). I called back and very apologeticly was told Moday for sure we will get you a paper; (not). I have never noticed them to miss charging my card for my bill; never. IF YOU CAN'T DO IT, DON'T SAY IT. Small time business practice if you asked me, obiviously they don't care.
