Yes, what we have here is again an imperialistic presidency. Bush claiming his "inherent powers" as "Commander in Chief" during war time.

Problem is the war on terror is not a real war. There are no set goals, an undefined enemy and no way to no when it will conclude.

Our new "National Intelligence" (Secret police) Head Michael McConnell testified that he believes Bush's "inherent powers" found in the second amendment over rules every Americans rights under the 4th amendment.

They just might be watching, you know, looking for terrorists. And they want us to spy on each other to make sure everybody is a good American and supports "Our Commander in Chief."

But, that's the real "Salute" this "Commander in Chief" deserves.

He's done it to the country so he should get it back.
