Hold on, cause here comes the D-R-A-F-T!!

Oh, and it didn't work in VIet-Nam either.

You have first got to let the Dog's of war loose first, and not muzzle them, let them fight a war on our terms (and that is ball's to the wall fearce combat ) not on the enemies terms
If it takes tactical nuclear weapons so be it,and if the rest of the world don't like it
Tuff! that is what we have them for USE THEM! if they had it they would !!

If as they tell us those Muslums are so bent on kicking our-a**, then go ahead and use what ever mean's nessesary, and eliminate the problem, and quit screwing around about it.

This same approach should have also been used in Viet-Nam. but no they let 58k plus US casualties happen instead.

One good thing that could come from a draft would be that more people would find it in their hearts to oppose this mess in Iraq.

When anti-war protest during the 60s moved from the hippies to main-stream, and students were shot and killed at Kent State during a peace protest, the polititions got serious about wanting to get out of Vietnam .It is easy to sit and support this mess if your neighbors kid who volunteered is over there being shot at, but quite another if it is your kid who wants to be a doctor is drafted and made to go become IED fodder.

I have wondered where are the protesters, and the anti-war music like we had back in the 60's and 70's. I have concluded that they are missing because this war dosn't touch as many people.
