Is it not usual for a parent paying a child's education costs to expect that their student will be learning in a stable classroom situation?

There's no link. ARe you talking about going to the movies for a class? Bowling was always held at Lauderdale Lanes.

Good idea. It's within walking distance and I suspect that it would suffice, at least for the next year or two. I see the university's position, but the students don't need to try to have a class which is moved from place to place with little or no notice.
The golf class I took way back when was in several different places, as were some of my education classes where you would find out on Tuesday where you were to go on Thursday. No offense, but it's really no different than a teacher saying "no class on Thursday" which everybody hears. Most teachers give you notice of where to be next -- even if it is across the quad.
If that is the worst thing you can say about UNA class locations. Not too bad.
