This is the kind of stories that are considered liberal media and if you will note, your conservatives complain about such posts and they call it liberal. I don't call it liberal media. I call it news. This is the kind of news that does not get reported on the mainstream media. You won't find this story on CNN, FOX News, and you people need to see through this. The right wing wants you to hear the bad stuff on democrats, things that they don't care about. Any story that pops up on any media, any message forum, that the right wing doesn't like is considered unAmerican, antiwar, anti-troops, and it's not true. Hey, if your mother robs a bank, no matter how much you love her, if she made the newspapers, it's her fault. She shouldn't have robbed the bank. Sometimes the truth hurts but we all need to know the truth.
You didn't post it out of concern for a few missing dollars. You posted it to make U.S. soldiers look bad and to damage the war effort thereby damaging Bush. Thats the only motivation that lies behind the many daily posts you copy and paste to this forum.

If you read the full AP article the last paragraph (which is omitted from the link you provided) reads:

Bribery and fraud "has not been a significant component of the American reconstruction experience over there, but where we found it, it has been egregious," Bowen said. "And this is an egregious example of it."

Ubermensch, I guess you like to be blissful in ignorance. THIS ARGUEMENT YOU MAKE, AND THE PERSONAL ATTACK IT CONTAINS, only says you are a Typical, American, "MY MIND IS MADE UP, DON'T CONFUSE ME WITH FACTS"
I think you are demanding the right to intellectual sloth, and as far as I am concerned you may have all of it you want, You can have My SHARE WITHOUT EVEN ASKING FOR IT. But STOP COMPLAINING ABOUT HAVING MATERIAL POSTED THAT YOU DON'T WANT TO READ...JUST DON'T READ IT. Nobody is holding an Army Colt to your left ear.

Bribery and Fraud are massive with the latest news that $12 million or billion (?) are missing. Halibuton and other corporations have been feasting at the trough. Better wake up. It's been a constant story for years now. Buried by the corporate media but there.

It's not anti American to expose the lies, corruption and war profiteering that is going on.

Instead of being angry at those who lied and are ripping off the tax payer while soldiers die, are maimed and are surfing you blame the liberals for exposing the truth and being right.

Typical of the close mindedness of the right wing.
