Let me let you in on something: The TD can't ban you. They can only ban your current persona. For instance, if they were to ban me right now, I could come back as "GoFeesh" instead of "GoFish" and there's not a dang thing they could do about it.

i believe that those three have indeed, been banned from the forum at least for a short period of time. Kind of like sitting in the "ugly chair". Seems someone posted someone else's name and the ware of words was ON. Then the TD stopped it.
I cannot figure out what their rules are on this thing, for real. Some people are obnoxious, some are a little touchy, some are weirdos. Others, like us, are normal. But apparently somebody got irate enough to ban 'em.

Go Fish is right... all the ones that get banned have to do is come back as another name.There is away around anything if you think about it. Thats why on yahoo most people have more than one ID when going into chat rooms. you get booted all the time.
The last thing that I saw on KS was a post on Aug. 1st on the "Why I still Love W" topic. I didn't go in a read the whole post but it looked like her and pba were in a discussion. I also received a PM from her that morning. That's the last I had seen her.

According to a few very nice private messeges I got I think that both these people need to be back and from what has been told to me in those messages this was what is considered by law a rush to judgement by the powers that be. No constitution on here I from what has been told to me.

Then I think that Times Daily neds to put out a few dollers and send thier moderators to a learning session on how to be mods and how to spot people who are in the middle of setting two people up that they know already have had differences. To me from reading so many posts it is unreal to reading quite a few private messeges I will say that in no way do I think the two who were banned deserved it they were set up from what has been told to me. I didnot go by what was told to me I went and read it for myself. I just wish the post that got them banned hadnot been deleted then we could all see who set them up for this. Read very carefully some of the recent posts on feedback and misc. and it will give you more insight to some of the things I am saying here. In one of the threads it talked of flamers and the real flamers got two people banned in my opinion as it stands right now. But I will update that later when I get more expert opinins on it. Think about some thing though while I am gone. Think about the fact that the two who were banned did not cause it themselves.

#1 I think the Times Daily people watching this forum are doing a super great job. They could not do a better job of what they do.
They also have the rights to make their own rules whether anybody likes it or not. We don't have to stay on this forum with them if we don't want to. They're not holding us hostage.
#2 We don't know the facts what happened and we don't need to be complaining too much about what they do , so just please relax.
We may find out or we may never find out. Read my quotes at the bottom of this letter.

Due to the other post that anyone21 put up to cause people to fight but did not work (too funny) I think that Times Daily should think about TSC and Kindreds banning. From all that I have seen in just the last 3 days I cannot believe those two could have been any worse. I cannot wait to meet them.
Kindrespirit and that smart chick are both inteligent people. The problem is that neither will back down enough to prevent a fight.

It wasn't staged, but it was funny to watch. I'd prefer to see them back than some of the trolls that pop up here. It's the characters and personalities that bring people to the forums. If the moderators keep banning people for just doing what they do, popularity will drop quickly. I think they are both valuable members of the forums just like all the other regulars and should be allowed back.

Nash, I totally agree!!! The moderator made a grave mistake on asking both to leave. The forum just kinda' sucks now!!!There is no Shoals Lover, NO Mott the Hoople, No Kindred , No the smart chick!!! Now there is no good debates that occur just a lot of nonsense and not a lot of good sound debates. I didn't always agree with them but they made me think and I for one came here to have my mind challenged and hoped to be able to see things from other perspectives.

Well, all I have to say is I better get up tomorrow morning seeing purple print all over this forum and really "smart" posts!!! That will make a week and we've been punished enough.
